Our Supporters

Our meetings are usually held under the patronage of well-known representatives from politics or business. The selected personalities stand for a united, strong Europe. They support the communication of European values and want to give young people active access to politics and Europe. In their positions, the patrons are frequently confronted with European political issues, which enables us to offer our participants direct contact with political processes. The European Youth Parliament in Germany e.V. is also supported by several companies as part of their membership in the EYP’s support association for socially committed companies and institutions.

Patrons and Supporters

Our meetings are usually held under the patronage of well-known representatives from politics or business. The selected personalities stand for a united, strong Europe. They support the communication of European values and want to give young people active access to politics and Europe. In their official capacity, the patrons are frequently confronted with European policy issues, which enables us to offer our participants direct contact with political processes.

Participants have the opportunity to exchange ideas with politicians and ask questions and make demands. In addition, through their participation, our patrons promote the public visibility of our meetings and thus create broad awareness of the importance of European policy issues and social engagement.

Current Funding Members

The European Youth Parliament’s funding membership has been in existence since 16 June 2013. The aim is to involve friends of the association more closely in our work and to bind them to the diverse activities of our association in the long term.

On the one hand, the funding membership is intended to give alumni and former members the opportunity to remain connected to the association and to support it as funding members beyond regular membership. At the same time, it is open to those who are close to the work of the European Youth Parliament but have not actively participated in the association’s activities and events themselves. These include primarily patrons of past events, experts, parents and teachers.

The association currently counts on the support of the following funding members:
